## Open boundaries

No hard blocker prevented the local research and viewer rebuild. Missing issuer evidence still blocks complete drill trajectories, calibrated gamma interpretation, current-title confirmation and geographic exploration overlays. No geological/resource solid was generated. The unread/inaccessible records are explicitly retained in the document register; this is not an exhaustive public-document or legal-title audit. No production service, database, publishing, outreach or private intake was changed.

## Method findings proposed for future repository learning

1. Check attachment identity against its body: a dossier filename can contain an unrelated licence consent.
2. Treat a notice of preparedness separately from an issued grant.
3. Preserve figure/prose discrepancies and source-colour ambiguity instead of silently normalising them.
4. Validate campaign and capital roll-forwards across disclosures, with dates and population scope retained.
