# Arkle version0013 — direct source links

Subtle Source links open a new tab. Verified text fragments point into the original web announcement. Physical PDF page numbers point into the preserved, unmodified original PDFs. PDF page numbering is not assumed to equal printed report numbering. Browser support for fragment scrolling varies; no custom exact-row highlight is claimed.

Record locators are kept separately from document review ranges. Unresolved locations deliberately open the document without claiming page precision. The machine-readable audit lists each fallback, source URL and locator. Figure-caption links locate the published figure, not a surveyed feature or newly validated geological position.

The six government PDF endpoints tested returned connection resets on both HEAD and GET. Their captured originals remain available and byte-verified. Other historical inaccessible sources retain their existing access classifications. No new analytical evidence, current title verification or full-document review is implied by this navigation update.

Evidence remains through 30 September 2026; market prices through 29 September 2026. Manual refresh only. All prior geometry, classifications, prices, calculations, limitations and detailed citations are preserved. Uranium remains pre-resource.

Rebuild from immutable version0012 using implementation/version0013/build.py, then patch.py and finalize.py; run qa.py. Dependencies: Python, BeautifulSoup, PyMuPDF. Run freeze.py only for a new absent snapshot. Deployment is an explicit manual action to the existing Arkle project; no Git operations or backend changes.
